As PayPal's Global Creative Director, I oversaw

a brand that served more than 200 countries. 

So, on occasion, I helped a region "bend"

the brand for their distinct market. 

PayPal Australia had a consumer

comprehension issue that was as big as their 2014 growth plan.

They asked me to come in person to hear the agency's creative pitch and provide brand guidance and creative direction

as they developed the work. 

What resulted is an engaging,

enduring idea called "Pay Happy."
